Newgate Farm will open the gates this week for two days of ‘Open House’ style stallion parades to coincide with the 2016 Scone Cup carnival.
Available for viewing will be seven of the eight Newgate stallions with only exciting US shuttler The Factor (USA) (War Front) absent from the line-up.
$7 million earner Criterion (Sebring) will be on show to the public for the first time and is already letting down into a gorgeous horse, while last year’s newcomers Dissident (Sebring), Deep Field (Northern Meteor) and Wandjina (Snitzel) are primed for the breeding season ahead.
Foxwedge (Fastnet Rock), Sizzling (Snitzel) and Eurozone (Northern Meteor) round out our roster of power packed young stallions.
