Scoring a stylish debut win at the Beaumont track in Newcastle on Saturday was promising two year-old All in Rhythm, a $140,000 Inglis Premier purchase from the draft of Newgate Farm.
The More Than Ready (USA) gelding dashed clear to win the 1150 metre maiden by three-quarters of a length for Mauro Poletti and Amanda Turner.
He was bought as a pinhook by Diamond Lodge and re-offered successfully at the NZB Ready to Run Sale where he was bought by his trainers for $325,000.
Bred by SF Bloodstock, All in Rhythm is the second winner for Group I winner Imananabaa, who has a Lonhro weanling colt and was covered last spring by Newgate Farm’s young gun sire Wandjina.
